When I did, WOW said they had NO record of my second order.
NO WAY! I told them I would call THEM back.
The worst part is that after I had ordered the WOW service the second time, I got a call from them saying I needed to give them my credit card info over the phone to complete the order. I cancelled and went with a third provider that gave me a much better package for the same price. They sent a guy without the WOW logo on his beat up truck, NO ID to prove he was a WOW employee. Internet speeds were supposed to be 200MBPS. Dithering on the screen, signal kept going out, the system went down FOUR TIMES IN THE FIRST TWO DAYS, requiring me to go reset EVERY box with a paper clip. From the beginning the TV signal was a disaster.
